An investment company requested us to develop software to manage client data, sale resources, automated procedures for communication, purchasing and event logging.
Administrators import leads and manually or automatically distribute them to the sales agents. New leads are imported by spreadsheet or csv; the system can auto-detect from a list of known suppliers the correct method to import the dataset or the administrator can manually set the columns.
The software keeps a detailed history of all interactions to revive cold leads, pitch additional services or for logging service changes and purchases.
Agents can create emails from draft emails created by administrators. If an agent makes a manual edit to the email or attachments it will need to be verified before sending.
Agents can log in through the office local network for a complete view of the client’s data or from a remote connection where the data is limited but the sale resources can be accessed. Administrators are limited to login from the office network only.
We also provided secure login with attempt limits and limited access rights for remote users, password reset and account management/activation by administrators only.
